The Vanguard Alta Pro 2+ 263AT Aluminum Tripod supports up to 15.4 lb, measures 24.6" when folded, and can be positioned to a maximum height of 64" with its push-and-pull, rapid center column fully raised. Its 3-section legs each feature an independent 20°, 40°, 60°, or 80° spread as well as 35° twist locks for rapid adjustments. Non-slip, all-weather TPU grips on two of the legs provide a secure, comfortable grip while moving the tripod, and rubber feet enhance stability on a wide variety of surfaces. The center column has a hook for attaching a counterweight for even greater stability.Tripod heads, cameras, lenses, or sport optics that are compatible with 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 male threads connect to the top of the tripod's stable, hexagonal, cross arm-type center column that can be positioned horizontally like a small boom in in 15° increments. The highly advanced 35° twist lock makes the Alta Pro 2 easier, faster and more secure than ever to set up. And the newly designed twist locks are engineered to hold unmatched loading capacities.
1/4" and 3/8" Thread:
The Alta Pro 2+ comes with both threads as standard, making it suitable for any standard tripod head. To swap the thread size simply unscrew the thread, turn it over and screw it in.
Connect your accessories:
New Alta Connect, allows photographers to enhance their shooting scope. Alta Pro 2 is fitted with a 3/8 connector that welcomes a variety of additional accessories.
Spiked Feet Available:
All models include removable rubber feet as standard. Beneath these feet is a M8 thread that allows spiked feet to be attached for extra grip when required, and removed when no longer required.
