The TSA DLX L Tripod Support Arm Deluxe from Vanguard is a 11.4"-long adjustable arm that can be attached to any tripod that features a 1/4"-20 or a 3/8"-16 threaded socket with a bushing adapter. This versatile extension can be used to add accessories like cold shoe mounts, tablet or smartphone holders, microphones, or more in order to customize any shooting setup.

Once the support arm is attached to a tripod or other rig, setting its position is all controlled through a single locking knob, which is oversized for easy grip. The locking knob loosens the support arm angle joint and the ball joints on either end, so be to support the accessory while loosening to prevent falling. Position the arm and accessory where it needs to be and tighten the locking knob. It's as simple as that.
